- Does your office accept insurance? Yes, we do. Ask the office to check if we are in network.
- Do I need to ask for you specifically? - When making the appointment, it is helpful to mention you want to see "Dr Sarah" or "Dr Joya", and again when you are being pretested by the technician. This ensures I will get to see you during the times there is more than one doctor on site.
- Can the DRJOYA10 coupon savings combine with insurance? - The office will compare which is more cost effective for them to use. But no, they can not be combined.
- Do you do kindergarten exams? - Yes, we are happy to do the required back-to-school exams. If you do not bring a school form, we can provide one for you.
- How do I contact Dr. Joya for other questions? Click on the "message" bubble on the bottom of the screen, and I will try to reply within 24 hours.
